Payment Policy:

  • We shall be able to confirm the booking after receiving advance booking amount paid upfront as mentioned below in our Bank accounts and deposit slip/details of payment proof to be sent on our email/WhatsApp. Balance shall be cleared at the time of check in by the group/individual in cash or credit card (credit card machine subject to the internet connectivity); we do not accept cheques at the resort/hotel.
  • Confirmation of accommodation is subject to availability and applicable rates/plan at the time of confirmation of the requested booking on first-come, first-Served basis– which is a service policy whereby the booking of customers or clients is accepted to in the order that we have received advance deposits, without other biases or preferences. If accidently Management double booked, then the deposited amount shall be returned as soon as possible within 30 working business days, which is Monday to Friday. We hold rights to refuse any Individual or Group as per our sole discretion.

 

Booking Policy:

  1. It is mandatory to deposit at least 50% of the total amount for confirmation of your booking. Balance amount has to be paid before Check-in with no exception. 
  2. For check-in the age of the primary guest must be at least 18 years.
  3. As per the Government of India rules, it is mandatory to present either of the following as a photo ID proof irrespective of age (adult and children): Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License or passport. It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid ID proof of all the members who would have checked in at the time of arrival irrespective of their age (adult and children). Check in can be denied if the same is found to be unavailable for the safety and security of guests and staff.
  4. All changes to your reservation would be subject to availability at the time of amendment and it is possible that you may have to face rate change in that case.
  5. All extras, taken over & above the package rate will be charged extra and added to the final bill accordingly.
  6. There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
  7. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. If a debit / credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the resort, including estimated incidentals until check-out. A refundable deposit of ten thousand is mandatory before check in as safety deposit for incidental damages. Such a hold may not be released for 48 hours from the date of check-out.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

  1. We do not accept any cancellations. Advance once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted. You will appreciate that cancellation / postponement means permanent loss of revenue to the resort. Accordingly, any cancellations / postponement from your side for any reason whatsoever, the retention charges equivalent to 100% of the bill amount /guaranteed amount shall be payable by you. This shall be the essence of this contract.
  2. Post confirming number of rooms and /or number of people, if you would ask us to make any sort of changes in your current booking then it would be subject to availability and in that case you would be charged as per resorts management’s discretion.
  3. In case after confirmed booking if you would request to consider less number of people or to book less number of rooms, then in such situations you would be charged as per pre-decided amount only and no relaxation in charges shall be allowed for the same. Guaranteed reserved rooms and/or persons shall be charged, So please advise your minimum final count of guaranteed rooms or persons accordingly.
  4. In case of medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances if you would have cancelled your booking and would have informed us at least 90 days in advance by mail, then we may or may not provide a credit note post submitting a medical certificate at our sole and absolute discretion. Advance amount paid shall be adjusted in future bookings which is valid for 90 days from the date of booking subject to the availability of rooms and rate applicable at that point of time. After 90 days, the paid amount shall be forfeited. At the time of rebooking total no. of nights booked & total amount will have to be utilized and rates will not be reduced. The postponed booking will be allowed only once and cannot be bifurcated in terms of amount and room nights.
  5. Cancellations received within 7 days of the scheduled arrival are not entitled to any refund of upfront (Advance) funds (amount) paid.
  6. Refund on booking amount if applicable shall be settled by the resorts management to the guests or the appropriate booking authorities through the commonly agreed channel which may be cash or bank transfers or deposits. The resorts management reserves the right at sole and absolute discretion to settle any refund claims at its convenience.
  7. In case your reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you and release the whole amount within 30 working days.
  8. In case of no show no amount will be refunded.
  9. Management will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or the application websites & premises

Note:- If the client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 30 working days.
